Scholl Concepts W6 Black is a new generation of a high-performance wax with an extremely long sealing effect and very good resistance to alkaline cleaning agents and environmental influences. To date, this high resistance has only been known from permanent sealants (ceramic coatings).

For scratched paint surfaces, we recommend a pre-treatment with our premium rubbing or polishing compounds. Before applying W6 Black, the surface should not exceed 30°C, and be dry and dust-free. A manual application is done best with our easy to handle, black application puck with gentle circular movements. After a flash-off time of 3–5 minutes, the sealing residues can be simply wiped off with the seam-free, red MicroPLUS finishing cloth or Spautopia Soft Polishing Cloth. Thanks to the special user-friendly formulation, the residues of the W6 Black can also be easily wiped off even after a longer (flash-off) time.
W6 Black is recommended for conventional and scratch-resistant, fresh and used paintwork.
Is W6 Black Coatwax suitable for application by machine polisher?
For machine processing with orbital polishers, Scholl Concepts recommends applying the premium sealing W6 Black with the Scholl Concepts Black SOFTouch Waffle Pad. After a flash-off time of 3–5 minutes, the sealing residues can be simply wiped off with the seam-free, red MicroPLUS finishing cloth. Thanks to the special user-friendly formulation, the residues of the W6 Black can also be easily wiped off even after a longer (flash-off) time. Suitable for application by rotary (1500-2000 RPM) and dual action (2000-10000 RPM) polishing machines.
Can W6 Black Coatwax be applied to heavily or medium scratched paintwork?
We recommend the use of a heavy or medium cut compound, such as S2 Black, S3 Gold XXL or S20 Black, prior to use of W6 Black Coatwax to ensure a sleek and perfect paint finish prior to protecting the surface with W6 Black Coatwax.
